Hi! I’m Erika Hadinata, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and dedicated Christian Counselor and Relationship Therapist at SoCal Counseling Center. I work with adults and couples who face depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

My approach is warm, supportive, and tailored to meet your unique needs. I blend faith-based insights with proven, evidence-based techniques.

My Story and Background as a Relationship Counselor and Christian Counselor

My journey into counseling began in college when I led a support group and discovered my passion for helping others. I then worked for three years under the lead Pastor of Pastoral Care at Saddleback Church. There, I provided individual and couples counseling that integrated spiritual care with practical strategies. This experience shaped my practice.

Every client is unique, and I celebrate that individuality. I listen carefully to your story and help you explore ways to change unhelpful patterns. Sometimes, I act as a gentle supporter; at other times, I challenge you to step out of your comfort zone.

When I’m not counseling, I love spending time outdoors. I enjoy hiking and kayaking because these activities keep me energized. I also relax by watching my favorite shows and reading. Moreover, I experiment with new recipes in the kitchen. These personal passions recharge me so I can bring fresh energy to each session. I constantly pursue learning and self-improvement, and I am committed to serving my clients with hope and resilience.
