The practice specializes in couples and marriage counseling, sex and intimacy therapy, infidelity recovery, anxiety, adult ADHD, and grief, using evidence-based methods such as CBT, DBT, IFS, and the Gottman Method.

- Fees: $250 per 45-minute session. The practice does not offer low-cost counseling.
- Insurance: Contracted provider for Aetna, Lyra, and Medicare. Out-of-network for many other insurers, so partial reimbursement may be possible but is not guaranteed.
- Reimbursement: Clients pay at the time of the session and receive a superbill to submit to their insurer. Some clients receive 20–70% reimbursement for individual therapy; others receive none.
- Couples therapy: Most insurance companies do not cover marriage or couples counseling.
- Payment: Cash, credit card, and debit card. Many clients can use HSA or FSA cards, though eligibility is not guaranteed.
- Getting started: Book online, or call or text to reach the Client Ambassador. Sessions are in person in Newport Beach or by secure video anywhere in California.
- Partner unwilling to attend: Individual counseling is still available and can help the relationship.
- Approach: Therapists do not tell clients what to do. They help clients explore options and build skills.
